FLA Series Ultra-Flat Brushless DC Actuators

The new ultra-flat, ultra-light brushless actuators combine our high-precision/high-performance reducers with a compact, high-output brushless DC motor.

FLA actuators are available with our high-speed, high-efficiency Harmonic Planetary® gearhead or with our high-precision, high-torque Harmonic Drive® reducer. This new series is ideal for wide range of applications such as AGV wheel drives and powered exoskeletons. We offer both 24VDC and 48VDC versions to work with battery-powered applications.

Integration made easy
Highly compact and highly integrated: The IHD system comprises a backlash-free gearbox, a sophisticated servo motor, a dual motor feedback system for position measurement and a powerful motion controller in a ready-to-use drive solution. Easy integration into your application is supported not only by the drive's central hollow shaft, which is predestined to carry a wide variety of media, but also by our specially developed, user-friendly software solution for simple commissioning – plug and play.

Compatible and predictive
The enlarged hollow shaft can be used to feed through supply lines, shafts or cables for further drive systems. Due to their positioning accuracy, stable machine characteristics are guaranteed.

LA Series Linear Actuator

The LA series is a small-sized linear actuator with high resolution and high driving force. This series delivers a maximum driving force 49N, 0.0174μm of resolution, and high precision.

LAH-46 Series Linear Actuator

The LAH series are small-sized linear actuators with high resolution and high driving force. There are 2 models. The "LAH-46 (DC servo motor drive type)" with a maximum driving force of 390N and 0.069μm of resolution, and "LAH-80 (Stepping motor drive type)" with a max. driving force of 3000N and 2μm of resolution.

LBC Series Linear Actuator

The LBC series are small-sized linear actuators with high resolution and high driving force. There are 2 models. The first is the "LBC-25A-5D6K" with a maximum driving force of 6000N and 0.32μm of resolution, and the other "LBC-25A-5D12K" with a maximum driving force of 12000N and 0.16μm of resolution.
